A show is missing or its schedule looks wrong

Schedules come from TVmaze, which is edited by its community. If something is wrong there, it will be wrong in Lineup too; corrections made on TVmaze reach Lineup the next time it refreshes.

Why does a show say “No date yet”?

The next season has been announced but its premiere date hasn’t. Lineup will notify you as soon as a date is set.

Why doesn’t a streaming episode have a time?

Most streaming services release episodes on a date rather than at a set time, so Lineup shows the day and sends its alert in the morning.

Broadcast times look off

For US and Canadian networks, Lineup shows the time an episode airs where you are: as listed on the East and West Coasts, an hour earlier in Central and Mountain time, and later in Atlantic Canada. Shows from other countries show the moment they air there, in your time.

I’m not getting alerts

Check Settings › Notifications › Lineup. Alerts are scheduled whenever Lineup refreshes, so opening the app now and then keeps them current.

My shows didn’t carry over to a new device

Followed shows sync through iCloud. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on, then open Lineup and give it a moment.
